Wonderful for the beginning chef
This is a very nice simple spice rack. So easy to just grab the spice you want when cooking. The only issue I have found with mine, is that occasionally it is hard to pop open the flip tops. There is not a good grip to pull them up.
I would recommend this set for those who have their favorite spices they cook with very regularly, although if you cannot identify spices by look, there are not any labels provided. This set would also be good for the first apartments, or just moved away from home cooking beginners, or cooks who have limited counter space.
I personally enjoy mine for the space saving and sharp look, easy to grab spice bottles for the 6 spices I use constantly and I would like to tell reviewers that I'm a busy working mom, so being able to grab that seasoning on the stove quickly is a must, especially if you cook by taste.
