Very helpful book
This is a very old book that’s full of wisdom and common sense written by a very experienced psychiatrist. It’s been in print for decades which shows it’s a good book that people still need today ( probably more than ever !) Dr Claire Weekes writes with compassion and understanding and I never want to be without a copy of it as it’s been such a help to me and many others
