The glasses are beautiful, in perfect condition, and as described. They were well packaged and came quickly. I couldn't be happier.

    You got it. Here's the message ready for you to copy and paste: My dissatisfaction with this seller is profound. Not only was the incorrect item dispatched, but I was then unreasonably expected to personally rectify their shipping error by forwarding it (at my own expense). This egregious lack of professionalism was further exacerbated by the seller's persistent and abusive verbal conduct for three weeks, all without any resolution to the initial issue.
