Bias Tee Works Well
Works well. The loss at 3 GHz is a bit higher than the spec lists but
is still adequate for 99% of most applications. It is extremely compact
and very easy to use.

LNA 50-4000 MHz SPF5189 Review
This LNA appears to be well made. A noise figure measurement confirms the claim of 0.6 dB Noise Figure. It has a reasonably flat response across its claimed bandwidth. However, the measured gain is only 9.4 dB and this is not enough for most applications. It would be much more useful if its gain were around 15 to 20 dB.
