Boom 2 Bummer

mandibles are inadequate for their intended purpose; I've purchased two of them and both broke while simply flipping the phone on and off. The old HX 550 was much more substantial in durability in this regard. The HK 275 has poor reviews so I feel stuck in a sea of Motorola's design inadequacy. Perhaps Motorola should consider putting the modern tech into the HX 550 device shell and give us a product which is excellent for its intended purpose in interstate commerce?
