Great Workout!
I love this easy to follow step workout. Kari's instructions are very clear, and she offers several different variations for people with different skill levels. While not a complicated workout, it definately makes you sweat! Great for Beginners or people who are half asleep (like I am) when I wake up at 5:30 in the morning to do this workout. I would highly recommend this workout.
