Genius...Pure Genius!!
I saw this movie years ago, and it's obvously appeared a few times since then on telly again. Loving the movie so much I would always try and catch it whether it was half way through or not. Finally I thought it was about time I hunted it down and bought a copy.
Trust me, you will not regret seeing this movie. Too many movie nowadays rely on special fx, whereas this film is all about the script..and of course the actors. Its fantastic to watch on a Sunday with a bottle of wine and the fire on. Whilst watching the film you will do exactly what I did, and start to recognise characteristics of your friends or family in the two lead guys.
This is just a great film, and I would advise anyone to see it...providing you like great scripts.
Another film I would recommend is 'Grumpy Old Men'.

Sling Blade
I've been meaning to add this film to my DVD collection for quite some time now, ever since watching it very late at night on BBC1 several years ago. I remember thinking whilst watching it how superb Billy Bob Thornton's performance was, and trust me you will hardly recognise him. It's a performance and movie that calms you, whilst at the same time keeps you waiting for something terrible to happen. Billy Bob Thorntons character forms an amazing friendship with a young lad who also takes him under his wing.
If you have a spare couple of quid I would highly advise buying this film. It will give you an insight into how great an actor Billy Bob Thornton actualy is.

Nikon D7100
2 of 2 found this helpful With the new year on the way..and a new venture in mind..I was on the hunt for a certain type of DSLR Camera to aid me in the 2018 career change.
I’d done my research..& worked out my budget..& found this Nikon D7100 for auction on eBay.
It was the right price..came with all the bits I needed to get started..& when I won the auction the transaction with Phil (the owner) was an absolute pleasure.
It’s a fantastic camera..incredibly easy to use..and I can’t wait to start rekindling that passion for photography I’ve neglected over the years.
If you do choose the D7100, you're getting a great camera. It's not as much of a stand-out, groundbreaking camera as the D7000 was when it first appeared. Being spoiled for choice doesn't exactly diminish the D7100's appeal, though. The short-lived continuous raw speed is our only serious disappointment, especially as this could have been the perfect camera for wildlife enthusiasts with its large viewfinder, seasoned autofocus and weather-proofing. Otherwise, it's very hard to fault, with class-leading image quality, fantastic ergonomics and sophisticated autofocus that keen photographers will definitely appreciate. The D7200 successor is undoubtedly a great Best Buy award-winning camera but it's not a drastic improvement, so you might well find the now much cheaper D7100 more than sufficient for your needs with the savings put towards lenses.
