Ordered from photo showed no damage. Sent in Priority Mail box that kept getting delayed -no fault of the seller on that Arrives in a week - had new chip - clean grey metal instead of oxidized which would be typical of an older chip. Seller wants me to return it - he’ll sell it as damaged. I don’t believe it’s up to me to pay to ship it back. His responsibility to handle, make a postal claim and refund me $$$ incl orig shipping plus issue a pick up. I did not order a damaged item.
