Country music with humor thrown in!!!
This is fantastic uplifting music! I loved the first song I heard from them, "Baby likes to Rock it", then I found out I like the rest and it all makes me smile. If you like a little bit of country, you have to try the Tractors!!!

The Pocket Book Smash Diet - Buyers Beware!!!!
0 of 2 found this helpful This book is a joke. Anyone could have written this in a leaflet, and there would have been more information. I am embarrassed that I spent the money on it, and not on one more worthy. Even the quality of paper was poor.
I could have come up with the recipes myself, with little effort. Nothing new here; if you have ever heard of eating a lot fruits and vegetables, drinking a lot water, and starving yourself silly from eating nothing else (very unhealthy approach), and exercising (a given). Give me a break. This guy is making money off of people who want a quick fix and are desperate for an answer they don't have already. You've heard this one many times before. You buy the book, he tells you stuff you probably have heard a thousand times before, and he pockets the money, and laughs all the way to the bank!
I read through it, and chapter for chapter, (what little there were of them), a repeat of the chapter before, with a couple of changes. I am embarrassed for anyone who has bought the book in good faith before, and/or who buys the book after reading what I have said!!! Don't say I didn't warn you if you fork out the bucks for this one!!! You would do better to balance your diet, watch portions, and increase your activity at a doable pace, so that you don't hurt yourself. There no magic to be found here!!

Great DVDs!
These DVDs are so incredibly clear! I enjoy the series and these DVDs even more! Well worth the investment!
