A browseable cookbook
Nice selection of recipes presented in seasonal context. Most are relatively uncomplicated, using spices that will be in the pantry of moderately venturesome home cooks. There are enough recipes worth trying that I would give it as a gift. There are some recipes for fans of condiments (i.e. Tarragon and Rasberry vinegar), and a cake recipe with apples and walnuts that went immediately on my to-do list.
The typeface is easy to read; directions are clear and concise.
