When you figure out how to install and operate it, it's a great filter.
1 of 1 found this helpful So, this thing came with one page of minimal instructions. As it is mildly complex in nature to install properly, I was very frustrated with this fact. The instructions did not include a written description of the push/pull valves, and the drawn diagram was utterly no help. Additionally, it said you had to flush the filter, but didn't really include instructions as to how to specifically do so. It also provided no instructions as to how to install the tubing into the storage canister.
Two days and many, many Google searches and Youtube tutorials later, I was finally able to get the unit installed and working. I bought a water tester alongside this purifier to ensure I was getting what I paid for. It seems to remove as many impurities as the seller advertises.
Overall, the product is of excellent quality, but the instructions need to be vastly more comprehensive to avoid damage to your plumbing or the device itself. The seller was also not very communicative when asked to clarify the instructions, and beforehand when I asked what type of connection I could use with my faucet.
Otherwise, I'm pleased with the purchase.
