Mighty Joe
1 of 1 found this helpful My children and I watched this movie several times 25 to 30 years ago, and what we loved about it was that the giant gorilla lived ! It is a fine old movie in black and white, outdated special effects but a very touching version of this story.
I actually bought it for my 14 year old grandson, he is an avid movie buff, and was so sad when he saw King Kong and of course, we all know that that ended badly. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves old movies, then follow it up with the modern version -- the gorilla survives in the new one too !

9 of 9 found this helpful I think that that this "deluxe" Kodak Z915 camera kit is a fabulous eBay deal. It is relatively easy to use, and is a 10mp and 10x optical zoom point and shoot camera which takes clear and crisp photos. This kit comes with many extras to create still photos and videos. I bought the camera to be able to load pictures straight into my computer, also because I wanted a reasonably priced, high mp's, high optical zoom camera for family gatherings etc.
I researched which camera would best suit my needs and this was definitely the best choice for me at this time. This kit comes with a tripod, memory card, lens cleaner kit, camera case-- possibly more that I am leaving out.
If you are an amateur photographer but you want to take great pictures, and get good value, then this could be a perfect choicefor you.

Mesmeizing
This is an incredible book and a hypnotic story about a country conquered by a powerful sorcerer king who attempts to erase the collective memory of a people. He tries to erase the memory of the beguiling "Tigana." And it's the tale of an epic struggle of a subjugated people fighting to regain their minds and their birthright. Hard to put down. An intricately woven world of characters that one wants to remain with until the end. Splendid.
