RQ Replacement Shaver head
The product pictures on the advertisement are not identical with the shaver head shipped. Shipping the shaver head forward and backwards at our nickel / our cost didn't make sense, so I kept it, but I can't recommend it. My original shaver head is of better quality.

S&H fast. Overall product good but not excellent
the keyboard is sometimes not recognizing the keys pushed,and they need to be pushed again. overall o.K.

RQ12 Shaver-Head
The advertisement pictures of the RQ12 Shaver-Head are from the original product. The shipped products are cheap replacement articles most likely from China. Don't cheat your customers with false pictures.
