  Purchased 2x WD red 4TB. Worked as intended. No issue with items. Well packed. Seller is misleading with item location. Location is listed as Victoria however items were drop shipped via Ali Express from China. What should have been 3 days ended up being 14 days due to sitting at customs for 4 days. Do not purchase if your not happy to wait.

  Hi there Hope you are doing well we want to tell you ve are selling on multiple platform mainly we purchase stock from china our main setup in china and we use aliexpress shipping services when we dispatch from china because its cost very low as compare to other logistics companies when your order were received unfortunately due to high demand we were shortage of stock in Australia this is why we send from china to direct on your address if we wait for arriving the stock it can take long time so

  Upon purchase the seller did not provide a tracking number, courier/postage details nor a confirmation of postage. I sent a message to the seller and they responded very quickly, were very nice and resolved the issue quickly. The item was delivered 2 days late, however, it was well packaged and was as described (brand new / do damage etc). Very happy with this purchase. Thank you.

  This is the second pair of microphones I have bought from this seller. The first were poorly packaged and the internal glue had become unstuck. I advised the seller and had them reglued at my cost. I bought these after being offered a $5 discount with expectations that they would be better packed but, no, just the same unpadded post bag. Again I advised the seller and had them reglued at my own cost. The product is good but the attitude towards packaging is poor.
