Very dissapointed in the JVC Wireless Headset
0 of 1 found this helpful I bought this product at Christmas for my daughters birthday the end of January. We just opened it the other day and it does not work on are TV, which I am very much surprised. We have a new 55" Samsung 3D and when you hook the headset up all you get is static. At this point I have called Best Buy to be sure it was connected right and it still would not work, they think the cradle to set it in is not working correctly. I'm sure my money make guarantee has ran out of time now I'm stuck with a headset that does not work and I don't know how to solve this problem.
Any help you can give me on a return would be greatly appreciated.
