Perfect for cardio at the gym. Watch what you want to watch!
Perfect for the gym so I can watch what I want to watch doing cardio. Recommended to son who bought for slow work hours and is simlarly pleased.

Oh, God!
1 of 1 found this helpful Excellent family movie and teaching tool for a Sunday School class. Purists will recoil at parts of the movie because of its interpretation of the Bible. But, if you look at the trees individually you miss the forest and the larger perspective. Amongst the humor (George Burns as God??!!) is a powerful message-that God sent Jesus to die for our sins but it is up to each one of us to accept the present offered-Salvation. Next time you are stuck in the house with the family because of rain, snow or the cold, watch the movie-the original, not the sequels. Be prepared to talk afterwards. It makes kids (and hopefully adults) think and ask questions.

1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this CDDVD combination for my wife and to review for possible material to teach my 4th and 5th grade Sunday School class. I had to buy a second to give to my wife because I never let go of the first one. I have attended close to 100 concerts and know the difference between a performer and an entertainer. Entertainers are performers that inject their personalities into their concerts. I did not like TobyMac before I watched the DVD but he is definitely an entertainer. Incredible energy and an awesome lesson. I took a Sunday off by playing for my Sunday School class the messagessermonsprayers he makes during "Jesus Freaks" and "I Was Made to Love You." There is more material suitable for pre-teens and teenagers but I ran out of time. If you cannot reach a pre-teen or teenager to bring them to Christ, use TobyMac. Another great speaker is Mark Hall, the lead singer of Casting Crowns who on their first CDDVD in the bonus part has an awesome message about overcoming disabilities and actually using them to serve God. Mark's sermon kept my class of 9 and 10 year olds spellbound for the entire 20 minute message. All parents want their children to listen to them but sometimes there are situations where other persons can and should be used to get our lessons across. Try TobyMac and Casting Crowns to reach those youngsters you think are unreachable.
