Replacement Power Supply

I purchased this PCB to replace the faulty one in a TV. After fitting I found there was no results and on inspection discovered the soldered mains fuse was missing. I soldered in a new fuse, tried again and found the replacement PCB had the exact same fault as the original. ie. surface mounted resistor RS802 was open circuit. I only purchased the PCB because it was cheap and I couldn't be bothered with searching for a resistor etc. However I obtained a replacement 10r surface mount resistor and repaired the original PCB. Serves me right for being so lazy I suppose.
