Nice tool
The tool is of good quality and was very inexpensive. Shipping was the slow part as it took about 3-4 weeks to get. If you don't need it in a hurry then it's worth it.

Awesome Book!! A true must read if you have high Cholesterol !!
Wow!! I never thought I would read a medical book and not have my eyes rolling back in my head after the first paragraph. Just the contrary, I couldn't put the book down. Bowden and Sinatra write as if they are talking to you and put it all in laymen terms for us non-medical people. They understand (which I wish so many more could) that the subject is rather dry, but oh so very important, and be able to explain it so well and also add a touch of humor.
If you have high Cholesterol or High blood pressure, I highly recommend that you read this book. To learn of the sham research that has been fed to all of us, that Cholesterol is the biggest evil facing us and the only way to solve it was through Statin's according the Big drug companies, was a true eye opener.
It has totally changed the way I've approached my high cholesterol and changed my diet.
Don't forget there is also a Cookbook that is available to go along with this book and is excellent as well.
