Unsatisfactory and disturbing
The original phone was faulty so I sent it back
This is where difficulties started
The phone that was sent to me was NOT new as the original information stated
The phone was scratched with the name angelia Davies in its memory
The firm that I brought the phone from old not accept my information and pictures insisting the replacement was new I have been corresponding with he firm or 4 weeks
I would like a refund or the original cost plus the cost for the return
My experience with this purchase was extremely unsatisfactory
