Item accidentally sent to another customer and I received their order. Communication was constant. The seller attempted to go above and beyond at their expense to rectify the situation. Refund was issued same day. eBay held funds up so far 2 weeks Seller even contacted the other buyer on my behalf to have the item forwarded on. The other buyer ended up with my coat, their full refund and was sent a replacement item plus an extra. They still refused to forward onto me.
