Power packed finesse!
Beautiful lightweight finesse reel that is extremely smooth and well balanced.
An absolute pleasure to use because of its high quality smooth operation.
Perfect for light or ultra-light braid but still has plenty of drag power if and when required when that unexpected extra big fish comes along. These reels have the strength and power to cope when necessary.
I normally fish 6lb braid and so far on two separate occasions I have successfully hooked and landed 4.5 - 6kg school Jew whilst targeting Flathead. The Airity 2000 performed well on both occasions. The drag worked perfectly, releasing line smoothly and had enough cranking power to gain it back towards the end. I have also landed a PB 80cm Flathead on this reel and a few freight train Estuary cod.
They are rare to find these days and although Daiwa have other great spinning reels in their range, they would do well to revive this range again as in my opinion, Airity's were one of the best light spinning reels ever produced.

Handy gadget to solve a problem
Always get pooling of rainwater on my boat cover, this is the answer.
Quick and easy to install and did not cost a fortune. Good product!
