1 of 1 found this helpful This television is a great value at this price - $697. Retail is $1197 at most stores. This television is slightly better than the 6300 series. It looks nicer and the remote has a better finish. The technical difference are minimal, but I suppose the picture is marginally better. This television runs about $200 more than the 6300. At the price I paid this television is well worth it. The television I bought is very clean and appears to have no issues. There were some minor scratches on the back of the unit, but it really doesn't matter. The screen has no scratches whatsoever. The seller double boxed the television, and clearly took care of the unit. One strange thing was the television was programmed in French, but that took a minute or two to change. As a note, I purchased a 55" 6290 at BestBuy for $499, and 65" 6300 for $899 at BestBuy. These prices are no longer available for now. These televisions do not have the 240 motion rate like the 8000 series and they are not quantum dot. I also own a 65" 8500. The 8500 is clearly better, but it definitely costs more.
