A timely and very expressive descripive godly book
Ken Nair's book hit home some of the most profound topics men face when trying to understand their wives. The systematic approach to learning about your wife and how she thinks from a biblical perspective is one of the most powerful veniues written today. The book chalenges the man's thought process as well as his flippant decisions not to want to understand women and make this a butt of many a joke. Showing many different and difficult situations that he had witnessed through his marriage and that of other men, he was able to see where the errors had occurred. His interviews of the many women who had resigned to never to be understood by their husbands, validated his points. Ken took each read to the cross and showed each person how depraved we are and how we whould be addressing one another. The Holy Spirit was very instrumental in leading him in writing this masterpiece. I have passed this book along to several of my dear friends who have done the same. What a tool for the spiritual toolbox!

Teaching the Word of Truth by Donald G. Barnhouse
Like everything Dr. Barnhouse wrote or gave as a sermon or speech, this book gives a great exposition of Christ and His glory. His easy to read writing enables the reader to vividly and prayerfully understand the Word of God in the flesh. It is designed to draw young pepole to Christ by great illustrations. He breaks down key words and topics to the point where the reader can truly grasp the point he's trying to make. Great for evangelism and as a textbook to teach children and new believers. I bought the book because I know that the exegesis will be stron because its standard is the Bible itself. Being a preacher, I realize that value of reading and studying books that has sound doctrine and is exciting to read.
