NOT WORTH IT!!?
I thought that it was gonna be a good investment but unfortunately it does little to nothing to the neck!! Let alone your shoulders.
You end up in more pain simply because you have to keep your arms up to hold it!!
P.S. in no way I'm criticizing the seller!! Only the pruduct!!
