Little hard to read but could prove helpful

Am travelling to the UK soon and thought this book would be very helpful. Was a little disappointed as I find it very hard to read as the maps are so busy. The places of interest need to be printed in a darker colour (light blue blends well with waterways and main motorways therefore doesn't stand out).The book is very comprehensive, reasonably priced and well bound. In 2013 when I actually travel in the UK will be the real test of how useful the book is.
