  Item arrived as damaged. Seller making accusatory comments, i.e, item damaged after receipt. Very unreasonable Seller. I will not recommend this eBay seller.

  I regret the buyer was unhappy with the purchase. The item was accurately described and tested before dispatch. I offered to resolve the matter through eBay’s official return process, but the buyer declined and instead requested compensation outside of policy. I remained polite and professional throughout, though mutual respect would have helped resolve the matter more positively. I strive to provide a fair and positive experience for all buyers.
