Heater is too complicated and return policy is not practical
1 of 2 found this helpful The temperature controls on the heater are way too complicated. If you want to set it so it's always at a certain temperature you have to try to figure out when it has reached the temperature you like, turn the knob and wait for a click you can barely hear. I tried it twice.
One of the little timer switches on the one I got doesn't work.
It's best to set it on one number and just use it manually.
The only way to get it fixed is to return it to DeLonghi which would cost close to the cost of the heater. I'm very sorry I didn't just buy it at Home Depot for $20 more. I could have gotten help setting it or been able to return if for free.
