Value headers and that's what they are.
First off the bend in the driver side for the engine mount is on top (should be on the bottom.. So have a hammer handy) Second.. without modification(grinding/cutting) to the flange you can NOT use a cylinder head temp sensor. All in all I think they are a great product for the price
