  Nice boots but full of white animal fur. Seller was contacted when package was opened and was not willing to assist (only wanted them returned and would not cover shipping). If seller would have posted pictures of the insides (fur would have clearly been seen) and I would have passed on them due to my wife having animal allergies (as explained to him). I suggested a partial refund to get them cleaned/sanitized to which he refused. Told me to contact eBay…..

  There was nothing functional or structural in the boots, but, because of your buyer’s concerns that he found HAIR inside the boots, I offered to make an exception and accept the return minus shipping cost. Buyer requested $40 credit for Cobbler Professional Cleaning ?! Partial refunds on eBay without a legitimate reason or issue with the item are engaging in what's sometimes referred to as a "partial refund scam". And, cleaning is NOT a legitimate reason.

  I contacted you and provided pictures when received, so how could this be a “scam’’ as you suggest. If you would have checked them or cleaned them before shipping we would not be here. Fact is and I understand preowned but no one wants an item full animal fur in it especially with allergies. The “right” thing to do would have been get them cleaned or give a FULL refund which is something you did not want to do. Hence the accurate feedback!
