Belt conversion Grizzly Mini Mill
Although this conversion was not designed for my particular model I took a chance that I could mod it to work. Motor pulley was 9mm and I bored to 10mm keyway was fine after bore. Spindle pulley was 30 mm and mine was 28 mm. Shimmed with copper pipe. Works much quieter without the plastic gears one of which was busted with back order to the moon and back as far as I know. Will take a .020 cut with 1/2 inch end mill nicely. I highly recommend for any plastic gear milling machine.
