Total Muscle Shaping
I am a firm believer, but I did not like this dvd. This is another workout for people who are advanced at aerobic moves. I'm not that good at it. I liked the lifting parts. The reps were low, so I could use heavier weights. The aerobic moves were above my ability, though, it definately confused my feet! I may keep practicing at it, though. I could get it someday.

1 of 2 found this helpful Let me start by saying, I believe in The Firm. The workout tapes and dvds they sell are the best I have tried. If you have a basic understanding of the form it takes to do dumbell work, you can usually count on being able to do what they are asking you to do. This dvd fits into that catagory. Even the aerobic moves are basic. The whole dvd is 40 minutes, so it's a quick work out, and probably can fit into most busy schedules we all seem to have.
I would say if you are just starting out this would be for you. For the experianced exercise enthusiast, this is a good work out because you can use heavier weights. The reps for each exercise are low enough to use this tape to get some work done in the areas you are targeting. I don't have a fanny lifter. I use my coffee table. It's real heavy and holds up quite well. If you own a set of dumbells you can do this workout.
I give this an average rating because it doesn't work all the problem areas, and the stretch is basic at best. I suppose you have to make a few sacrifices when you want to do a short workout, though.
