Worth every single penny you will NOT be dissapointed
1 of 1 found this helpful If you are looking for a good quality Vacuum Cleaner you will not be dissapointed with this one.
It is built with quality products and if looked after will last years.
The suction is fantastic it has 1800 watts of power and this power can be regulated down to 300 watts for cleaning delicate items, the on board tools are stored in a very thoughtful way and they are excellent. There is ample cable to do all if not most of the house without having to keep un plugging. To wind the machine up is easy and you do not have to bend down like you do with most uprights.
Using the tools on the stairs is great, you can do the whole flight and the cleaner does not fall over.
It grooms the carpet well and the pick up is amazing, i clean for a living and have used most Vaccuums on the market except for Oreck and prior to getting this model i was a big fan of Sebo uprights but to be honest the Miele leaves the Sebo X4 Pet standing well behind.
The Miele comes with a 2 year guarantee and for £30 you can purchase on line an extra 8 years making 10 years in total!!!!.
I have other Miele appliances and had to call the service centre once for something very minor and the customer service that you recieve is A1 fantastic and very very quick with NO QUIBBLE AT ALL.
The only one comment i do have is that the machine can be heavy BUT it has two motors and quality built tools - hence the weight but it moves very easily and on its own so you dont have to push and pull like you do with other uprights
I challange anyone to be negative on this item.
GO ONE GET ONE you will not be dissapointed
