Good quality

Good quality but a little pricey. The bars in the soap rack could be closer together.

Not durable

Dog chewed it to pieces within the first 30 minutes. The squeaker was ripped out and posed a choking risk.

Neat package, underwhelming sound

Unit looks good and quality is excellent but sound is very underwhelming and operation isn't particularly intuitive. I upgraded (so I thought) from a 4 year old lg sound bar. Voice clarity is good but HTX9000F lacks bass and presence. The sound modes do very little to improve the surround feel. Annoyingly to access on screen display you must exit what you are watching. If you want immersive surround sound avoid this sound bar. If you want a solid boost to your tv sound in a good looking package it is O.K.
