Needs to be altered to fit 2000 silverado 2500 extended cab(2 half doors)

Looks good but had to modify to install. First the top center piece that bolts to truck is a little long and makes the top snap fasteners not work. Second the top and bottom push/snap in fasteners have a tab that is to short for the fasteners to hold so i had to cut them off and drill 3/4 inch holes & cut out notches in there place to use the oem fateners that cam lock together. Third the end pieces that snap in between headlamps didnt have the fasteners not a big deal had to use those from oem grille. Most would think that was a bit to much to install but it will work. In my opinion it should cost a lot less than $85.00 if it dosent fit without modifying.

Great wire used about 3 feet for a alpine swr 12" box. Probably a over kill for one sub and such a short run. The wire is big in diameter with multi stranded very fine wires great for speakers. Outer is thick and easy to bend. The only thing is the wire is pure copper but not ofc its cca. The description didn't mention either one i overlooked that detail but like i said it's still an over kill for my setup. Besides ofc and cca are just sales pitch inspired gimmicks the outer protective shell is whats important to keep out interference. Nobody will ever notice a difference between ofc and cca in a vehicle. Yes i recommend this to anyone who wants quality speaker wire.
