Decent, Not Great, Performance Increase

Product may be working as intended, but I now experience a LOT of screen flickering. Sometimes, the screen flickering is so bad, I am unable to read the BIOS screen and cannot see what settings I change. This was not happening prior to the RAM upgrade, but it is also possible there are other problems happening with this system. I updated from Windows XP BIOS A07 to A09; screen flickering still occurs.
