Pretty great, with minor drawbacks
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this so I could work out, and I've been really happy with it. There are only two problems. First, sometimes the game doesn't register that you've completed a rep and it won't continue. It's kind of annoying but there's an option to skip the exercise and move on. I just do the reps on my own and move on. Also, the resistance band you get is a complete waste. Mine broke the 2nd day. I replaced it with a $10 resistance band from the store, so it's not that big of a deal. That's the bad news. Here's the good news. I like that the trainer is constantly giving you positive feedback. You could think of it as cheesy, but I find it motivating. You can customize your work out intensity in to 3 levels, so you can find the right fit. You can choose the 30-day workout option which automatically builds your workouts, you can pick from a set of something like 20 workouts that target different things (like sports-related cardio, lower body strength, etc.), or you can completely make your own workout. With all the customization I can pretty much get the work out I want. I'm really happy with the whole thing and would recommend it to anyone.
