Great Product - actually better than Great - FUN
Does what it says - made Kale chips and now jerky - both excellent having to do more with the seasoning recipes - the dehydrator evaporates moisture and it does that 100%. Tray functionality is OK - works - the circular trays are a good compromise and I'm sure is what gets the price point down. Great value for the price - no doubt! BTW per instructions in the recipe I used parchment paper for the kale chips (not the teflex sheets recommended) as the seasoning was a bit runny - after about 4 hrs of drying, removed the parchment to allow it to dry completely - worked great. cutting the parchment was a cake walk.
Unit does reduce its height profile for storage - convenient.
Temperature and Timer selection using a single button to select between them is a bi awkward - but Ill get the hang of it - to early to critique really. Again good price.
