  The communication from the seller was excellent, unfortunately the item i ordered was stopped at customs and not able to be sent to Australia even though the nail gun was able to be shipped. The seller was quick to respond and advise of the situation and arranged for a refund of my purchase which I thank them for. Would highly recommend this seller on the way he operated in this issue.
