Well worth it to step up to this quality Venzo 1/4" torque wrench!
Huge difference between bargain 1 /4" torque wrenches and this Venzo wrench though this wrench is still under $50. This wrench feels solid and in general has been a compact, quality tool. One key difference between this Venzo and cheaper ones we have used: this wrench comes with torque calibration validated against a standard on 3 settings!
Other pros & cons, start with the pros:
+ nice, responsive dial at base of handle to set torque
+ included bits are among the most common hex and torx bits
+ compact wrench for bikes and tight spaces
+ solid feel and nice satin finish
+ plastic molded case is nicely done except see Cons
+ certificate of measurement validating the tool shipped to you against standard torque measurement
There are some cons with this tool:
- requires you to have 1/4" metric and SAE socket set
- and you will need a more complete hex and torx set with 1/4" socket to hex adapter for bolts not among included hex or torx heads
- there is no built in hex socket instead there is a standard 1/4" socket wrench head. A slim hex head only comes with over $125 torque wrenches!
- molded plastic latches in cases like this one don't last, so my habit is to use gorilla tape on the latch hinge before it fails
So pay a little more and get this tool that appears to be much higher quality and more usable than the cheap ones!

There are several greases that are advertised for use when maintaining automotive, or Light EV, electrical connections. But DeOxit's conductive grease has much more effective conductive compounds than competitors. We recommend it whenever doing any work with automotive or Light EV battery connections, including ebikes, escooters, and golf cart size vehicles, too.

Great low power, general purpose project board for IoT and many other projects
0 of 2 found this helpful Fantastic for so many projects requiring a low power (typical draw under 2W) computer with rich I/O capabilities. Here are some pros & cons:
First the pros:
+ this latest version is a quad core ARM 64-bit low power CPU
+ memory is double the prior version (1GB)
+ 4 USB ports + gigabit Ethernet
+ accepts micro-USB for power
+ accepts micro SD card for storage
+ many basic kits include heat sinks for CPU, memory, and graphics chips
+ “hats” of all kinds are snap-on boards for more function
+ amazing array of ready to run programs and modules, especially through
Ubuntu packages, node js and node-red modules
+ built in 40 generally programmable I/O pins
+ built-in WiFi and Bluetooth Low Energy
And some downsides:
- micro SD card is not strongly retained in micro clip
- really needs a case, many available
- pay attention to CPU temperature if running constantly; cases with fans available
