great product
I bought one of these a few months ago, used it 3 times and I have to say that I am quite happy with this product. This strainer really gets almost all of the small particles left over after deep frying and works much much better than just a simple mesh strainer. It does take quite a while for the oil to filter through, about 4-5 hours, but it really does a good job. One thing it does not do is change the color of the oil so don't expect a miracle.
