As a Sound card alternative it is fine, it sounds nice and I got it working on Windows 10 fiddly but doable.
I can only say that as a sound card it sounds very well and that no further amplification is needed. I sometimes can hardly hear speech. I couldn't even hear Foxtel through an powerful Onkyo amplifier at night as I had to consider neighbours and use it at a very low level. So I started using headphones at night but on the PC the sound was hard to hear so this sound device has the juice.

The mbeat 7 works fine.
I Like them for they allways work when you connect anything to it.
Its usb 3 ports are a good adition when I attached a new usn 3 drive it worked like a charm.

Well made and solid performance.
It is painted to look as made with aluminium I Didn't realise at first so some paint has scratch out..
Had I realised I could have made sure of careful placing to reduce friction and accidental contact with some abrasive surfaces. Still it performs very well, in fact better than some name brands did for me in the past. So what it does I does it very well.
