Silly and cheesy. Yet GREAT ENTERTAINMENT. Not to be taken seriously, but always great to watch
1 of 1 found this helpful I absolutely loved this show when it aired on the BBC.Yes it's cheesy and very tongue-in-cheek and all that, but compared to the absolute guff that the BBC churn out now, this rates as one of their last greats, in my humble opinion. Adrian Lester is outstanding and for me makes the show worth watching every time, back him up with Robert Vaughn and Robert Glenister and you have a show, every bit worth watching, Kelly Adams and Jaime Murray are hot and help sell the production.

Quite Brilliant
Fantastic, poignant film with great performances. Not entirely historically accurate, but hey that's Hollywood for you. Makes a refreshing change to see Matthew Broderick in something other than a rom-com or drama. Im not sure action suits him, but he was fantastic in the lead performance. As for Denzel and Morgan well, they are just two of the very very best actors going.
The Blu-ray presentation was faultless and made for an even better viewing experience.
