  Used "Buy It Now" with immediate payment required and did not pay. eBay let him checkout in spite of the "Buyer's Specific Instructions" on exactly how to handle transactions. Buyers are contractors and they are going to try to get away with as much as they can. eBay is not a sale facilitator, they're an enabler. They expect sellers to wait four days four days for the buyer to pay and seven days for eBay to process and deposit payments. This is getting too stupid, too fast.
