    I’m leaving this feedback even though my transaction isn’t complete yet. I received 3 items and one was broken. The packing was not great because I cut my finger trying to unwrap it. I let the seller know and she said she was sorry about my piece but didn’t say she was sorry I cut myself. I sent her pics so she could file a claim and I’m still waiting for what comes next… a refund? Who knows. I’m just over it. She should have refunded me asap, then filed. Cannot recommend this seller….

I did a lot of research before deciding to buy this. I'm so glad I did. I received it Saturday and used it today, Monday. It did a great job of clearing my clothes and towels, and was simple and easy to use. Since it's not a standard size washing machine, there are some extra steps. However, they are simple and well worth it to have a machine in my apartment. It seems to be well made, and both the wash cycle and the spin do a great job.
