I have one negative feedback because I made an arrangement with a buyer to pick up a small chair and I could not get back from a meeting in town. when the buyer came my wife didn't know about the sale and didn't open the door. I apologise to the seller twice but he still decide to go ahead with a negative feedback, my only negative in over 29 years with ebay.
