  The radio was working before I sent it. Buyer claims it doesn’t work. I contacted buyer via phone and offered to repair it AND pay for postage. I stipulated in the listing NO RETURNS DUE TO PART SWAPPERS. I offered to repair the radio in good faith as I know the buyer through a Facebook group. I sent him messages but no reply. What more can I do!! I offered to help
