HOW GOOD IS THE SALUS EP 101?
I bought this programmer to replace the same model, which had expired, so I knew what I was getting. The advantage was that I could simply put the new programmer on the old - industry standard - backplate, obviating drilling into the wall again, and I could avoid having to learn the eccentricities of yet another electronic device. The device itself is of moderate difficulty to master - there's quite a bit of pressing and holding buttons for three seconds and the like - but, once you have programmed it, it works well. I believe there are easier, nattier ones on the market but this one - at the Ebay price I paid for it - is good value for money.

The correct price for a simple piece of technology.
It works - so far; but then they all do until they become non-functionable.

Neither good nor bad.
The product is the standard one but is weak by design.Worcester Bosch should have come up with something better. The thing to do is to grease the key well before inserting it - and grease the hole, too.
