Bitter pill to swallow but it worked for me!
I've been struggling with low supply and was recommended this suppliment by my IBCLC which complemented the prescription medication I was taking for breastfeeding. The tablets are quite large and have a terrible taste, but after 48 hours I could feel a tingling sensation and after a week an increase in supply. Could be the prescription medication or the suppliment, I'll never know but I did notice an increase after taking this.
