Bit pot luck
1 of 1 found this helpful I followed all the instructions to the letter and have now run my car for 800 miles and an hours worth of tick over. I think it very much depends on the fault your car has. The problem being you don't exactly know what's causing the use of oil for example and it can only help in certain circumstances. With mine it's made no difference to my specific issue, that is not to say it won't help for other issues.
