excellent prezzie
bought as a present as they needed more info on this subject. they said it helped alot and was great. i cant say myself as have not reached the age where i need this. but they really found it good

this is great i bought it for myself and found it is brilliant.
used to do the old tae bo dvd years back and found this is excellent too!!

mum loved this!
mum really enjoyed this, and she doesnt like to sit reading a book so it must be good!
she has almost read the whole book!
